Solutions engineer. Vision nerd. Occasional gamer.
I lead Solutions Engineering at Chooch, deploying real-time computer vision for industrial, government, and enterprise teams. Most of my work happens at the ugly seam between a research model and a customer who needs it to work tomorrow.
Before Chooch I spent ~3.5 years at alwaysAI growing from corporate strategy into senior leadership across business development and sales engineering. Before that: three summers at Qualcomm (including ML scene detection), a CS degree from Harvey Mudd, and an MBA from UCSD Rady.
Based in San Diego. I care about systems honest about their failure modes, demos that survive a live network, and arcade games with crunchy physics.
